Cara Pembelian

Sila membuat pembayaran online melalui website epalstore iaitu www.epalstore.com.my atau bank in offline ke Maybank/Public bank. Setiap pesanan akan dilayan secepat mungkin.

Pembayaran

Pembayaran mestilah dibuat menerusi akaun MAYBANK/PUBLIC (No Akaun-Rujuk muka surat terms & conditions) dalam tempoh masa 3 hari bekerja setelah Sebut Harga diberikan. Pesanan hanya akan diproses setelah pembayaran dijelaskan. Emelkan bukti pembayaran ke info@epalstore.com.my

Penghantaran

Pesanan anda akan dihantar dari Bandar Puteri, Puchong, Malaysia samada menggunakan Pos Laju atau City Link. Jangka masa penghantaran bergantung kepada syarikat kurier yang terlibat. Kami tidak akan bertanggungjawab sekiranya berlaku sebarang kerosakan ketika penghantaran. Anda dinasihatkan untuk menjejak sendiri bungkusan anda melalui laman web syarikat kurier. Nombor jejak akan diberikan setelah item anda diposkan.

Purchasing

Kindly make payment online using our payment gateway at www.epalstore.com.my or bank in offline to our maybank or public account.Every order made will be entertain as soon as possible.

Payment

Payment must be made through MAYBANK account or PUBLIC bank(Account no - refer page terms & conditions) in 3 working days after Invoice has been replied to you. Your order only will be processed after you payment is clear. Proof of payment must be e-mail to info@epalstore.com.my

Delivery

Your order will be sent out from Bandar Puteri, Puchong, Malaysia either using Pos Laju or City Link in 3 working days after your payment has been cleared. The duration of delivery is depending to courier services company. We are not responsible in any damage caused during delivery. You are advised to track your parcel through courier services company’s website. Tracking number will be given to you once your item had been sent out.
